Where are classes held?
We offer classes at our comfortable, convenient location: 1236 Blue Ridge Boulevard, Hoover, Alabama 35226. We also provide on-site training at your location as well.
What types of materials are used to teach?
Our class curriculum conforms to current American Heart Association (AHA) Guidelines. Our mannequins also use feedback devices to ensure students receive the best quality education.
Can I schedule a class the same day it is taught?
Please contact us first (205-999-7220 or cprsafetyfirstinfo@gmail.com) to ensure there is enough space.
Can I bring food and drink to class?
Yes, small food only please. You will need to clean up after yourself. There will also be small refreshments provided.
What do I need to bring to class?
Students attending any renewal class must bring an unexpired card to class. Students attending any skills session must bring the Part 1 Certificate to class. Please navigate to your desired class under the "Classes Offered" tab for more information.
If I cancel a class, will I receive a refund?
CPR Safety First will gladly reschedule a class that is cancelled to a time that is more convenient for you. If the class cannot be rescheduled, refunds will be given. Is a minimum number of students necessary to have a class?
Never! We teach 1 or more students anytime during our classroom hours. Please refer to our Home Page for details.
How long after class before I receive my certification card?
You will receive your ecard within a few days after class, if not the same day. Cards are sent to your email address, that you provide on the roster in class.
How long is each class?
Length of time depends on each class and when all learning objectives are met. Please navigate to your desired class under the "Classes Offered" tab for more information.
Do you offer group training?
Yes, we provide on-site training, at your location, for groups of 5 or more. Your group may also attend our local location, as well: 1236 Blue Ridge Boulevard, Hoover, AL 35226.
